A parent or guardian fills out a short request form with the player’s information and the gear they need. You’ll be able to choose one high-demand item (like cleats or a ball) and a few additional items.
Each request is reviewed and matched with available gear. I prioritize essential items first, then include additional items when possible. Because all gear is donated, matches are based on what’s currently available.
Once items are matched, I put together a package and ship it directly to your home. If extra gear is available, additional items may be included.
Gear is based on availability — specific items, brands, or colors are not guaranteed
Items are gently used and donated, but checked to ensure they are clean and usable
Estimated wait time: typically 1–3 weeks, but may be longer depending on available gear and demand
Requests are reviewed in the order they are received
Not all requests can be fulfilled immediately
You may receive similar or alternative items based on what’s available
Requests may be fulfilled at a later time if items are not currently in stock
Requests are typically limited to one per player, so I can help as many players as possible
